Quality assured
Our beef comes from our own farm-raised cattle, ensuring the highest quality and care every step of the way. For the welfare of our animals, we partner with a humane, local abattoir located less than 10 miles from the farm. This short travel distance minimises stress, resulting in tender, flavoursome meat. To further enhance its taste and texture, all our beef is expertly hung for a minimum of 21 days.
Our Butchers' Shops
In addition to supplying local shops and restaurants, we proudly operate our own butchers' shops. Here, we offer a wide range of premium products, including our home-reared beef and lamb, locally sourced pork, turkey, and chicken, as well as fresh, free-range eggs.
We also take pride in producing our own dry-cure bacon and crafting a variety of artisan products on site, such as sausages, marinated meats, burgers, and pies.
