If you're unsure how much meat to order, our butcher is always happy to help! Here are some handy guidelines:

  • When Meat Is the Main: Plan for 1/4 to 1/2 pound (4–8 ounces) per person, or up to 3/4 pound (12 ounces) for bigger appetites or those who enjoy leftovers.

  • When Meat Is Part of the Meal (e.g., pasta or curry): Aim for 1/4 to 1/3 pound (4–6 ounces) per person.

  • For Meat Sandwiches: Around 2 ounces (60g) of cooked meat per person should be plenty.
